An exhibition of pounced and pinpricked drawings and miniature glass mountains.
There are four series of drawings:
'Range' is a suite of 52 small pounced mountains (from around the world) installed in such a way that they become one long mountain range.
'Perfect mountains' are pinpricked rorschach images on gampi paper - floating like butterflies.
'Trace' is a suite of pinpricked traces from the process used to create the stencils for 'Range'
Each glass mountain is constructed from vertical slices of glass that is water jet cut to create the profile and topography of the main features of the Great Dividing Range in the ACT.
